Ben is a Mercaz Harav graduate who received his Rabbinical ordination 18 years ago. He is currently living on the Eitam and cares for the sheep and vegetation.
Co-Chairman and Business Operations
Scott Gross
Scott has 10 years of financial experience; having worked at Oppenheimer in New York and in Israeli venture capital. Scott helps run the day-to-day finances, operations and partnerships.
Co-Chairman and Head of Finance
Josh Fellus
Originally from New York, Josh is a certified CPA with over 6 years of accounting experience in Tax and Audit at some of the largest accounting firms. Josh leads the operations of the farm.
Head of Marketing
Tammy Fellus
With over 6 years of Marketing and Public Relations experience, Tammy is responsible
for helping with branding and marketing of the Eitam and any future endeavours associated with the farm.
